Ian Robertson's voice is instantly recognisable to rugby fans all over the world. Since 1976 he has been the voice of rugby for the BBC both on radio and television. His commentary of Jonny Wilkinson's world cup winning drop goal has become iconic, and he is known and loved by rugby fans everywhere.
Ian was also an international rugby player, appearing six times for Scotland until his career was cut short by a knee injury.
